When have you been lucky enough to have the opportunity to dunk your bosses on a Sunday afternoon for a good cause? That’s what everyone who joined in the fun at Palmetto’s DUNKIN’ FOR DOUGH event this weekend got to do – with 100% of proceeds going to the Upflit Encouragement Group.
Me, David Goodall, and Matt Angell were the bozos in the tank and laughter was in full supply, with everyone cheering us on – including Uplift’s co-founder Scheri Force (she’s the one in pink in the photo). Those doing the dunkin’ gave it their best shot, for sure!
A special thank you to the Palmetto team who put it together – David, Kayley, Lisa, Chrissie, and Carrie, and to everyone who came along and had a blast.
When you surrender to life it really takes you on a journey, one day I’m writing about leaky buckets, and the next I’m being dunked in one! God’s got a sense of humor, for sure!
